Centralised Controls Office – Strategy and Business Management is looking for a Gen AI Delivery Manager based out of Multiple Locations (Milton Keynes, London, Glasgow). 12 Month - FTC

As a Gen AI Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end pipeline for the Central Controls office Gen AI roadmap from gathering use cases to managing delivery through into BAU


We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Owning the framework and pipeline for gathering, measuring and scoping submitted use case ideas
  • Leading discovery and feasibility assessments to define the business problem, evaluate whether Gen AI is the appropriate solution and determine the most suitable delivery route across Copilot and Maisa.
  • Working with SMEs to define the problem statement, target outcomes, requirements, success measures and acceptance criteria
  • Defining and agreeing baseline measures, expected benefits, costs and success criteria for each use case, and tracking realised value following implementation.
  • Using evidence from discovery work and pilots to recommend whether use cases should scale, be refined, paused or stopped
  • Coordinating iterative design, prompt or worker development, functional testing, user-acceptance testing and remediation, ensuring outputs are accurate, reliable and suitable for business use.
  • Ensuring appropriate human-in-the-loop reviews, test evidence, exception handling and exit criteria are agreed before implementation
  • Coordinating applicable governance requirements, maintaining a clear evidence trail
  • Managing delivery dependencies and capacity across business SMEs, AI specialists and external delivery resources escalating constraints and agreeing recovery actions
  • Developing and deliver adoption and capability plans that help CCO colleagues use approved Gen AI tools confidently, effectively and responsibly, informed by user feedback, usage insight and skills assessments

Professional Experience

  • Experience of delivering technology, data, or AI-enabled change from discovery and requirements through testing, implementation, adoption and BAU handover. (Required)
  • Experience of working within multidisciplinary teams comprising business SMEs, technical specialists, risk and governance stakeholders. (Required)
  • Experience of defining measurable outcomes, building business cases or benefit hypotheses and tracking value realisation. (Preferred)
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment, managing backlogs, prioritisation, dependencies and releases. (Preferred)
  • Experience of managing a pipeline of competing initiatives and applying transparent prioritisation criteria. (Preferred)

Salary Range:


£55,167.00 - £82,751.00 per annum (depending on experience)

This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
