• Hybrid work option, with an initial office-based training and nesting period (subject to performance and project requirements)
• Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week)

What You Will Do

Join the Customer Support team of one of the world's leading international banking and financial services groups.

• Support German-speaking banking customers via phone, email and chat
• Help with everyday banking and account-related questions
• Assist customers with digital banking services
• Provide clear, professional and solution-oriented support
• Follow internal banking procedures and quality standards

Salary & Bonuses

• Base salary: €1,400 gross/month x14
• Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to €140 gross/month (10% of base salary)
• Welcome bonus: €1,000 gross in total, paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately €83 gross/month during your first year
• 2 additional base-salary payments per year (€2,800 gross total)
• Up Hellas meal vouchers: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month) + €100 net/month additional voucher
• Anniversary bonus: €500 gross after one year

Average monthly gross package: approximately €1,817–€1,957 during the first 12 months, including the 2 additional base-salary payments, + approximately €160 net/month in meal vouchers.

Requirements

• German at C1/C2 level
• English at B2 level or higher
• You already bring some first experience in Customer Service
• No previous banking experience required
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• You live in Athens or are ready to relocate
• Clean criminal record
• EU citizenship or valid residence and work authorization in Greece
