This role involves providing exceptional support to German-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed professionally and efficiently. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, account management, and service inquiries. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow company procedures for record keeping. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues. Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written. Experience in customer service, preferably in consumer services or related sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.
