This role involves providing excellent customer support to German-speaking clients, assisting them with their insurance inquiries and claims. Responsibilities Provide professional and efficient customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and other insurance-related inquiries. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company insurance products, terms, and conditions. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate prompt resolution of complex client issues. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
