Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications products and services. Assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and technical support for their telecommunications setups. Guide customers through the processes of upgrading services, troubleshooting problems, and understanding their accounts. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism while ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and industry offerings to provide accurate information. Document all customer interactions clearly to assist in service improvement initiatives. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle customer issues with discretion and empathy. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about telecommunications products and services.
