Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to oil and gas products, services, and account management. Handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and provide timely solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry regulations. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for reporting purposes. Support the sales team by providing insights from customer feedback to enhance service offerings. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the energy, oil, or gas sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
