Your role:

• Assist German-speaking customers with questions about products and services.
• Provide clear information and practical solutions.
• Follow up on cases and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver a positive customer experience.

What you’ll bring:

• Fluent German and a good command of English.
• Strong communication skills and a helpful approach.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• Willingness to relocate to and work in Greece.

Previous customer support experience is an advantage. Motivation, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are also valued.
