**Role Description**
This is a part-time unpaid volunteer role requiring approximately 6 hours per week. eMigr8 Business is the enterprise arm of eMigr8, and we need content that speaks directly to HR teams and employers managing cross-border hiring. This role is for someone who can write clearly about complex topics and understands the employer side of global mobility, visa sponsorship, and workforce compliance.
**Responsibilities**
- Write blog posts, employer guides, and short-form resources on visa sponsorship, compliance, and relocation
- Research employer-facing topics such as sponsorship licence management, right-to-work checks, and duty of care for internationally relocated staff
- Draft whitepaper outlines and long-form content pieces for the eMigr8 Business audience
- Adapt complex immigration or HR compliance topics into plain, readable employer content
- Work with the team to define a content calendar and topic backlog
- Edit and proofread content produced by other team members where needed
- Suggest content formats and distribution ideas based on where HR professionals gather information
**Qualifications**
- Strong writing skills with a clear, professional style
- Background or solid working knowledge in HR, immigration, employment law, or global mobility
- Ability to research independently and produce well-structured long-form content
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and managing your own output with light oversight
- Experience in content writing, copywriting, or technical writing is an asset
