We're looking for smart, detail-oriented, and resourceful individuals who can research suitable job opportunities, create and tailor ATS-friendly CVs, optimise LinkedIn profiles, write compelling cover letters, and submit high-quality job applications that improve our clients' chances of securing interviews.

This role involves researching suitable vacancies, tailoring CVs, completing job applications accurately, and tracking submissions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Research and identify suitable job opportunities based on each client's experience and qualifications.
• Tailor CVs and cover letters to match specific job requirements.
• Complete and submit accurate, high-quality applications.
• Answer application questions professionally and thoughtfully.
• Verify job requirements, eligibility, and visa sponsorship where applicable.
• Maintain accurate application records and track progress.
• Follow application guidelines and meet daily targets.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You must:

• Be smart, inquisitive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
• Have excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
• Be comfortable researching information online.
• Know how to use AI tools like ChatGPT responsibly.
• Have good computer skills, including Word, Google Docs, and spreadsheets.
• Be able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Have a personal laptop.
• Have reliable internet access.
• Have a consistent power supply or reliable backup (inverter, solar, etc.).
• Be available to complete at least 5 quality applications per working day.

Previous experience with job applications, recruitment, CV writing, or UK job platforms is an advantage, but not compulsory.

HOW YOU GET PAID

• ₦1,000 for every quality-approved job application.
• ₦10,000 bonus for every verified client interview invitation resulting from your submitted applications.
• Complete 5 approved applications = ₦5,000.
• Complete 10 approved applications = ₦10,000.
• Complete 20 approved applications = ₦20,000.

Payment is made weekly. Every properly completed job application that passes our quality checks is guaranteed payment.
