The Role Following successful completion of the First AI Academy, you will join First AI as a Graduate AI Business Consultant and: Work directly with enterprise clients deploying Microsoft Copilot Identify and scope high-impact AI use cases across business functions Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and executive briefings Translate operational challenges into practical AI-enabled workflows Build agents using Copilot Studio and related tools Prototype and iterate AI solutions in live business environments Support behaviour change, stakeholder alignment and sustained adoption This is a client-facing role. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology and change — not purely technical. It is free to attend and designed to equip you with in-demand business AI skills that are highly valued in todays job market. Following completion, full-time offers are made to those who meet the required standard. During the 6-week Academy, you will gain: Practical capability with Microsoft Copilot Foundations in agent building using Copilot Studio Business fundamentals Hands-on experience delivering a mini AI project and presenting at a Demo Day All participants who complete the Academy receive a First AI Certificate. Details Delivered primarily online Includes 2–3 in-person days in London (UK travel reimbursed) The Academy is unpaid Compensation £32,000 per year (£27,500 during first six months)
