Sunrise Real Estate Enterprises L.L.C. is seeking a professional, approachable and attentive attendant for the gym and swimming pool at one of our residential buildings.

You’ll help keep the facilities safe, clean and welcoming, while providing courteous assistance to residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily use of the gym and swimming pool.

• Welcome residents, answer inquiries and explain facility rules.

• Monitor poolside safety and report incidents promptly.

• Maintain a tidy environment and report maintenance concerns.

• Provide basic guidance on the proper use of the facilities.

Candidate requirements:

• Confident swimming ability is essential.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A professional appearance and a reliable, attentive approach.

• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality or a similar role is an advantage.
