Tri-Cities Harley Davidson-is seeking a passionate and skilled Harley Davidson Technicians to join our dynamic team. As a Harley Davidson Motorcyle Service Technician at RideNow Powersports, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing powersports vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Harley Davidson motorcycles and other powersports vehicles, including ATVs, and side-by-sides
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals
  • Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
  • Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality
  • Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

We’re hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs—if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:

  • Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
  • 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
  • OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
  • Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
  • Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

  • Compensation & Pay Structure: Flexible pay structure offering $20.00-40.00 per hour based on experience, skill level, and certifications.

In addition, the company provides 3 paid holidays per year.

Role Requirements & Compliance

  • Background Screening & Drug Policy: We maintain a drug-free workplace.
