Head of HR Business Partnering

We are currently retained by a dynamic, international organisation with a strong track record of growth and transformation. The business operates at scale, with a diverse and evolving workforce across multiple regions.

On their behalf, we are seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to lead an international remit, based in Malta reporting to the Director of HR. This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead a high-performing HRBP function, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance and organisational transformation.

With a strong international mindset, you will play a key role in aligning the people strategy to commercial objectives, leading change initiatives and enabling the business to achieve its growth ambitions.

This is a highly autonomous position, requiring a strategic and hands-on leader who can deliver insights, challenge thinking, and implement pragmatic solutions within a fast-paced environment.

You will bring proven experience leading HR teams across multiple geographies, within complex, fast paced, technology focused, international organisations, and demonstrate the ability to build modern, commercially focused HR Business Partnering capabilities.
