Health & Safety Manager / H&S Manager. Our global manufacturing client are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their team. Health & Safety Manager duties include:Develop and administer effective occupational health, safety, ergonomics and industrial hygiene programs, including health services functions and maintenance of related policy and procedures in accordance with the companies and ISO 45000 requirements.Manage the annual occupational health monitoring program through external sources.Conduct regular H&S inspections/audits and produce effective reports to illustrate compliance with applicable health and safety standards.Develop and implement effective site safety programs for the identification, prevention and control of occupational injuries and illnesses.Manage and coordinate site health and safety induction, trainings and behaviour-based safety programs.Maintain legal, governmental and company environmental, health, medical and safety-related records according to standards, including confidentiality.Support the Environmental and Quality teams during external audits as required. Health & Safety Manager requirements:H&S Diploma / NEBOSH / IOSH5 years’ experience of working in a management role with H&S responsibility.ISO Lead auditor.
