ABOUT MANEL
MANEL is a Dubai luxury fashion house founded in 2019, creating occasion wear for weddings, engagements, Eid and
galas. Our "At Your Doorstep" service brings fittings and alterations to our clients' homes.
THE ROLE
You will represent MANEL in our clients' homes. Your measurements and fittings decide whether a dress fits perfectly
the first time, so precision, discretion and warm, polished service matter as much as your tailoring.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Visit clients at home for fittings, measurements and alterations.
• Take measurements using MANEL's standard measurement sheet and send complete, accurate details to
Production.
• Carry out alterations on site where possible, or bring garments back to the production facility with clear instructions.
• Handle and transport garments with care, protecting fabric and finish.
• Deliver a discreet, respectful and professional luxury experience in every home.
• Manage your appointment schedule and travel efficiently with the Customer Care team.
• Record each visit and share client feedback.
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
• Fit achieved at first fitting
• Garments needing remakes or repeat alterations
• Client satisfaction
• Punctuality and appointments completed
WHAT YOU BRING
• 5+ years of experience in tailoring and alterations, ideally with luxury, bridal or evening wear and delicate fabrics.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Polished presentation and excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Available to join within one month.
