We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Hostess. Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly experience. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide information about the hotel and its facilities to guests. Handle guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and courteous manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures. Requirements: Pleasant appearance and excellent communication skills. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel environment. Excellent spoken English. Height of 170cm or above. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in computer skills, including reservation systems.
