🏢 Housekeeping Site Manager

📍 Location: Port Said, Egypt

We are looking for a results-driven leader to manage soft services operations on-site, ensuring seamless execution, top-tier quality standards, and full client satisfaction.

• Operations Leadership: Lead and oversee soft services operations across assigned site facilities.
• Service Management: Supervise general cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and essential support services.
• Quality & Compliance: Manage operational teams and subcontractors to ensure service excellence and strict SLA compliance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), workforce allocation, operating costs, and overall service delivery.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong client relationships, manage operational challenges, and handle issue escalations effectively.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Deliver operational reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Soft Services or Facility Management, including proven supervisory or management roles.
• Leadership: Strong track record in managing large-scale teams and site operations.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of FM processes, KPIs, and SLA management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Location Preference: Port Said residents, nearby areas, or candidates open to relocation (Accommodation Provided).
