As an HR Business Partner , you will act as a trusted advisor to site leaders, driving people initiatives that support business goals and foster a high-performing workplace. You will partner closely with managers on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and labor relations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance on employee relations, labor law, and industrial relations matters. Drive performance management, succession planning, and capability building. Coach and support leaders to strengthen people management and employee engagement. Use HR data and workforce insights to support informed business decisions. Support organizational change, business transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote an inclusive culture and a positive employee experience. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR governance. Facilitate leadership development programs, workshops, and learning activities. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, navigating complex people-related topics, and contributing to business success through practical HR expertise and collaboration. The ideal candidate brings: 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role supporting leaders in a business environment. Practical experience applying labor legislation and providing guidance on employee relations and workplace matters. Adapts quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus, effectiveness, and strong decision-making. Experience collaborating with employee representatives, unions, or industrial relations topics. Experience leading HR projects, transformation initiatives, and large-scale organizational change in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and diverse stakeholder groups. Experience leveraging workforce analytics and business data to identify trends and drive decision-making. Demonstrated ability to influence leaders , building credibility, and driving results through collaboration rather than direct authority. Experience facilitating workshops, delivering training sessions, or supporting leadership development activities is an advantage. Professional proficiency in English.
