Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for HR Business Partners to join our on-site teams in Germany and support long-term projects with Airbus.

📍 Locations: Finkenwerder,
⏰ Working hours: 35 hours per week
💰 Salary: €57,000 to €69,000 gross per year, plus additional benefits and collective agreement payments
📄 Contract: Permanent German employment contract

HR Business Partnering: Design and implement HR solutions with business teams.
Leadership & Coaching: Support managers and employee development.
HR Processes: Drive the Annual HR Cycle and key HR initiatives.
Compensation & Labour Law: Advise on compensation and employment matters.
Culture & Talent: Enhance the employee experience and support recruitment.
Works Council: Foster strong employee relations and sustainable solutions.

What we are looking for

Degree in Law, Psychology or a related technical field
Experience in HR Business Partnering, Leadership Coaching, Employee Relations
English B2/C1, mandatory
German B2/C1, mandatory
Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country
