IMDS Coordinator

What will your responsibilities be?

• Responsible to ensure IMDS submission process and transfer BOMs into IMDS system
• Responsible to follow the IMDS Process and Method carried out according to legal and customer requirements
• Responsible to contact suppliers or SDT for correction of data and sending them to customers
• Responsible to analyze the data rejection reasons and updates in regulations with transfer to future projects
• Responsible to inform actual project status and escalation of RED projects
• Responsible to maintain & report all projects in on-line IMDS Tool
• Support SDT during the issues with suppliers, BOMs, IMDS, etc.
• Support process of consistency between engineering BOMs and OEM PDM systems
• Usage of all Adient standards and systems (BOS, PLUS, Lean, CPP, CMP, EPIC, BEP….

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• Degree or secondary graduation in Chemistry, Engineering or with equivalent focus
• Absolvent with Chemistry, Engineering or with equivalent focus
• General information in chemistry or engineering, usage of professional software (e-mail, internet, presentation)
• English language – B2

• Base monthly salary starting from 1100 Euro gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert.
