Indirect Tax Senior Manager

I’m recruiting for a Senior Manager to join a specialist Deals Indirect Tax team in London.

The role is focused on advising clients on the VAT implications of complex transactions and restructuring activity, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Refinancing and IPOs
• Carve outs and demergers
• International transactions and separations
• Transaction related VAT reporting and advice

You will also manage senior stakeholders, support business development and help develop junior members of the team.

The ideal background is:

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified
• Strong UK and international VAT experience
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
