The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various IT projects within an organization. They will work closely with the program manager to define project scope, objectives, and timelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Role Responsibilities Developing and maintaining project plans and timelines. Following up on tasks from project resources, including team members. Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues. Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders and management. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices. Facilitating team meetings and ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed. Working with Gateway partners in different initiatives to improve the process and lead project related to this technology. Managing project scope and ensuring that changes are properly documented and approved. Leading project status reviews and ensuring that all issues and risks are properly addressed. Ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations. Data analysis to make the right decisions. Role Requirements Strong Leadership. Great Communication. Problem-solving skills. Salary The monthly gross base salary range is 2,658 – 4,133 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
