• Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos
• Fixed, work-life-balance-friendly schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 — NO shifts, weekends off (Greek time, 8h/day, 40h/week)

✅ Your Role

• Understand advertisers’ business needs and technical challenges
• Recommend suitable digital advertising products, features and configurations
• Help clients activate, implement and optimise solutions
• Support campaign setup, configuration changes and troubleshooting
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, expand solution use and grow Sales
• Track client activity and results using CRM and performance dashboards

✅ Salary & Remuneration

• Base salary: €1,200 gross/month ×14
• Fixed project bonus: €300 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to €250 gross/month
• Welcome bonus: €1,000 gross in total, paid over 12 months — approximately €83 gross/month during your first year
• 2 additional base-salary payments per year — €2,400 gross total
• Up Hellas meal card: approximately €60 net/month, increasing to approximately €120 net/month after one year

Average monthly gross package: approximately €1,583–€1,833 during your first year, including the welcome bonus, + 2 additional base-salary payments per year + Up Hellas meal card.

✅ What We Are Looking For

• Italian at C1/C2 level
• English at minimum B2 level — for training and internal use
• At least 1 year of proven Technical Sales experience
• Experience understanding customer needs, recommending solutions and working towards Sales targets
• Good understanding of digital advertising, including campaign performance, targeting and optimisation - it's a great plus!
• Experience supporting solution activation, implementation, configuration changes or troubleshooting
• Strong communication, consultative selling and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with CRM and performance data
• You live in Athens or are ready to relocate and work from our office in Neos Kosmos
• EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece

Your Technical Sales background may come from Digital Advertising, Technology, SaaS, B2B Sales, Account Management or a similar commercial environment.
