Salary: €40,000–€45,000 per annum

About the Opportunity

Elite Talent Hub Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established joinery and bespoke interiors manufacturer based in Edenderry, Ireland.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / CAD Designer with a strong background in joinery, cabinetry, bespoke furniture or interior fit-out.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for professionals currently based in Dubai or the wider UAE who are interested in relocating to Ireland and progressing their careers within a well-established manufacturing business.

The successful candidate will combine technical design expertise with practical project coordination, ensuring that bespoke joinery projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage joinery projects from initial technical design through manufacturing, installation and completion.
• Prepare, review and amend detailed CAD drawings, production drawings and technical specifications.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, production teams and installation teams.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, manufacturing requirements and delivery timelines.
• Review architectural drawings and translate design concepts into practical manufacturing solutions.
• Ensure all technical drawings are accurate and suitable for production.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support commercial teams with technical information, material specifications and project requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with quality, health and safety and client requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in joinery, cabinetry, bespoke furniture manufacturing or specialist interior fit-out.
• Previous experience in a Project Manager, Technical Coordinator, CAD Designer or similar role.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to interpret architectural and manufacturing drawings.
• Good understanding of timber, MDF, veneers, laminates, fittings and joinery manufacturing processes.
• Experience coordinating projects between design, production and installation teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
• Experience in bespoke or high-end joinery projects would be advantageous.

Essential: Candidates must have relevant joinery or bespoke furniture manufacturing experience. General construction project management experience without joinery knowledge will not be sufficient.
