Job Description About the School Located in Nanshan District, this modern kindergarten features a unique “magic cube” architectural design and spans approximately 3,600 sqm. Curriculum Overview The kindergarten follows a structured three-in-one curriculum system , including: Project-Based Learning (PBL) – Inquiry-led, hands-on learning IB PYP Framework – Encouraging exploration, responsibility, and global thinking Multi-Intelligence Development – Drama, arts, maker education, and cultural programs Bilingual English Program – Phonics, reading, writing, and daily situational English EYFS Assessment System – Covering 7 key developmental areas This approach ensures a balanced mix of academic, creative, and social development. Position Overview We are seeking a Native English-speaking Kindergarten Teacher to join a collaborative teaching team. You will work alongside Chinese co-teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons and contribute to students’ early development in a structured bilingual environment. Working Hours Monday to Friday 07:50 – 12:00, 13:30 – 17:30 1.5-hour lunch break Class Structure Pre-K: ~18 students per class K1: ~22 students per class Teaching team per class: 1 Foreign Teacher 2 Chinese Teachers 1 Life Teacher Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging English-language lessons to kindergarten students Participate in project-based and interdisciplinary teaching activities Support children’s development through interactive and creative learning Collaborate with Chinese teachers within a team-teaching structure Contribute to school events, activities, and curriculum development Requirements Requirements Native English speaker (USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, etc.) Bachelor’s degree or above Passion for early childhood education and child development Clean criminal record Teaching experience preferred but not mandatory Eligible for a China work (Z) visa Benefits Salary & Benefits Salary: RMB 16,000 – 20,000/month (depending on qualifications) Flight allowance: RMB 5,000 Visa reimbursement: RMB 5,000 Hotel accommodation upon arrival Contract: 1–2 years (renewal bonus: RMB 5,000) Paid public holidays Winter & summer holiday salary (partial) Full onboarding support (visa, housing, banking, etc.) Ongoing training (teaching methods, Chinese culture, daily life support) Attachments SZ KG 01.pdf View Download
