Our client is a growing High-End Restaurant Group with multiple restaurants in WEST AFRICA that is changing the culinary tastes of a nation by exposing its guests to the modern possibilities of food and drink. They are in need of an excellent KITCHEN MANAGER to manage their 4 restaurants. KITCHEN MANAGER - NIGERIA

GENERAL PROFILE:

Must have European or International experience

• The successful applicant will have already been in the position of Group/Regional Restaurant Manager, Production or Kitchen Manager for at least 3-5 years.

• They must have had responsibility for multiple restaurants.

• Excellent experience creating and implementing training programs.

• Cooking responsibilities not required.

• Must be a very-hands on, highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills and able to work with all personnel levels within the restaurant.

• The successful applicant will be responsible for the entire inventory, for example, purchasing from vendors, storing, quality, stringent control measures, consistency working with Chefs.

• Single status preferred.

Salary: $72,000 - $84,000 USD/annually, Net of taxes, furnished accommodation, transportation, relocation allowance, bonus, health benefits, generous vacation time, one return flight per year, meals. Visa.
