Marvin is hiring a Learning Experience Workspace Specialist to help deliver an elevated Destination Marvin experience in Warroad, Minnesota. In this role, you’ll serve as a concierge, workspace coordinator, and project partner across office, meeting, dining, and training environments. You’ll excel if you bring strong organization, communication, relationship management, and project management skills, along with a proactive, people-centered approach. If you’re known for your sound judgment, attention to detail, comfort working with people at all organizational levels, and the ability to balance daily operations with special events, we invite you to apply today.
This role is located in Warroad, MN. Marvin offers an extensive relocation benefit package that includes the movement of your household goods, temporary housing, and much more – in addition to a relocation counselor to assist you throughout the entire journey.
Highlights of your role

Manage guest services inventory, Marvin-branded merchandise, mail, packages, and inter-office deliveries, including ordering, receiving, organizing, distributing, and tracking materials within established budgets.
Implement daily office procedures, follow health and safety protocols, stay current on Emergency Response procedures, and assist with emergency response drills.
Lead and support projects that improve workforce management processes, strengthen concierge services through human-centered design, and advance Destination Marvin programming.
Build relationships with local food, dining, accommodation, community, and business partners whose services can enhance Destination Marvin programs and other business initiatives.
Provide administrative and backup support for the Learning Experience team, Destination Marvin Coordinator and Specialists, Marvin events, holiday events, leadership gatherings, and other business functions.

2+ years of related experience, including experience managing projects and delivering objectives on time.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across organizational levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet, plus strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and timely decision-making skills.
Ability to lift 25 pounds and support the physical setup, breakdown, stocking, and upkeep of meeting, dining, office, and training spaces.
Also want to make sure you have
