Life Support / Medical/ Trauma Instructor

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Expected Date of Joining: 1 September 2026 Employment Type: Full-time Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is looking for an experienced and passionate Life Support / Medical/ Trauma Instructor to join our Training Team . The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare training, facilitating simulation-based learning, and assessing participants' clinical competencies and performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, simulation-based training, case discussions, mega code scenarios, and competency assessments. Assess participants' knowledge, practical skills, clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and adherence to established resuscitation algorithms. Facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences for healthcare professionals. Conduct skills assessments, simulations, and competency evaluations in accordance with established training standards. Participate in course scheduling, instructor allocation, and training preparation. Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients. Contribute to maintaining high standards of training delivery and participant experience. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or training. Bachelor’s degree in nursing , Medicine, Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or another relevant healthcare discipline. Current instructor certification from a recognized organization such as AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield , or another approved resuscitation organization. Strong teaching, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to conduct simulation-based training, skills assessments, and competency evaluations. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to effectively assess and provide constructive feedback to participants. Professional, confident, and engaging approach to training delivery.
