Luxury Car Rental Business Manager

Royal Mode LLC, a luxury car rental business based in Living Legends, Dubai, is seeking a full-time, on-site manager to oversee rental operations and deliver a strong client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day rental operations and coordinate closely with the business owner.
• - Respond to client enquiries; coordinate bookings, rental agreements, vehicle handovers, and returns.
• - Keep accurate records of rentals, payments, deposits, and vehicle condition.
• - Coordinate vehicle availability, cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, and collections.
• - Resolve client issues promptly and help improve fleet utilisation and service quality.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of car rental experience in Dubai.
• - Fluent English and Arabic.
• - Strong organisation, communication, and customer-service skills.
• - UAE driving licence preferred.

What we offer:

• AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month plus 5% of car-rental profit.
• - Company-provided visa and insurance.
• - 8 working hours per day with one weekly day off (Monday or as business needs require).
• - Expected start date: 1 December 2026.
