Marketing & Events Intern (Long-term · Tokyo)

Theta is an AI-powered health data platform. We connect data from wearables, medical records and lab reports to help people and healthcare providers manage long-term health. We're now launching in Japan and building B2B partnerships with hospitals, clinics and healthcare companies.

What you'll do

• Help choose and run healthcare trade shows such as HOSPEX Japan, Medical Japan, CareTEX and Healthcare IT, from booth prep to on-site work

• Organize leads after each show and hand them to our BD team

• Design booth panels, promo materials and social graphics in Japanese and Chinese

• Support business trips and client visits

• Publish Japanese content and track news in Japan's healthcare DX industry

• Use AI tools to work smarter and build reusable templates

What we're looking for

• Based in Tokyo and authorized to work in Japan (students with 資格外活動許可 are welcome)

• A strong eye for design (please bring a portfolio)

• Conversational Japanese (N2+ preferred), plus working Chinese or English

• Reliable and detail-oriented, and you always close the loop

• Bonus: event or hospitality experience, Canva/Figma/Illustrator, social media content experience, interest in healthcare or AI
