We want a full-stack growth marketer who is excited to build our acquisition engine and scale our reach to the world. The Role We are looking for a highly versatile Growth & Acquisition Lead to own our paid and organic funnels. We are strictly looking for a generalist with deep, hands-on experience—if you have very specific, one-sided experience isolated to a single platform, this isn't the right fit. We need someone who can pivot seamlessly between Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and technical SEO. This is a build-and-experiment role with real agency. You will be structuring campaigns from the ground up, optimizing search visibility, and figuring out what actually drives high-quality leads for our hardware. Your First 30/60/90 Days By day 30: You'll have audited our existing web infrastructure, established tracking, and launched your first multi-platform paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Microsoft. By day 60: You'll have shipped a clear SEO roadmap and run structured A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to establish a baseline cost-per-acquisition (CPA). By day 90: You'll have measurably decreased acquisition costs, scaled our lead volume, and built the baseline growth playbook for what comes next. What You'll Do Multi-Platform Command: Build, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta. Full-Stack SEO: Drive both technical and content-based SEO strategies to capture high-intent organic traffic. Data Alchemy: Turn raw campaign data into clear, actionable adjustments. You don't just report numbers; you kill underperforming ads and scale the winners daily. Cross-Functional Execution: Work directly with the design and engineering team to iterate on web experiences and ensure every click lands on a highly converting page. Self-Driving Ideation: Create, run, and execute growth experiments on your own. Pitch the wildest ideas. What We're Looking For (The Non-Negotiables) Proven Track Record: We need to see your receipts. Case studies, past campaign metrics, or accounts you’ve managed are strictly required. Deep Generalist: You must have deep expertise across multiple acquisition channels. You don't just specialize in one platform; you know how they all interact in a broader marketing ecosystem. Technical Fluency: You know your way around Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO auditing tools blindfolded. CRM: Wether it was Hubspot, Attio, Jira (Theres tons just so as long as you’ve built lead funnels) Onsite Presence: Based in or able to commute to San Francisco (this role is fully onsite on the factory floor). Nice to Have Agentic Full Stack Development: Familiarity with tools like Web Structuring, HTML, J.S, Figma, Claude, and Codex to quickly spin up, visually scope, and modify landing pages without waiting for a developer. Hardware/B2B Experience: A genuine interest in robotics and an understanding of the nuance behind B2B lead generation.
