Marketing Officer

Lapis Properties is looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Officer to join our team and play a key role in driving our brand’s presence across digital and on-ground channels. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for design, a strong understanding of social media marketing, and the ability to manage day-to-day marketing operations within the Real Estate industry along with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

● Create and manage social media content including posts, captions, and stories across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

● Oversee paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) and track performance to optimize results.

● Assist in on-ground marketing activities such as events, open houses, and photoshoots.

● Stay updated with marketing trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to refine our digital presence.

● Handle day-to-day marketing operations efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.

● 2+ years of experience in marketing (Real Estate experience preferred).

● Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.

● A good sense of design and aesthetics, with familiarity in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.

● Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

● A creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency.

Nice to have:

● Skills in video shooting, video editing, or motion graphics (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).

● Experience working on real estate visuals.
