Dental X Turkey is an international dental clinic based in Antalya, Türkiye, providing advanced dental treatments and personalised patient care.

As we expand in the Polish market, we are looking for versatile, Polish speaking professionals to join our international team. We welcome candidates with different professional backgrounds who are motivated, adaptable, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with Polish speaking patients in Polish and English.

• Support patient coordination, reservations, sales, and treatment journeys.

• Represent Dental X Turkey at Dental Meet Up events across Poland.

• Coordinate with our sales, clinical, and operational teams.

• Travel within Poland when required to support events and patient meetings.

Role Assignment

Following onboarding and orientation at our Antalya head office, candidates will be assigned to a role that best matches their skills, experience, and strengths. Depending on their profile, they may focus on patient coordination, reservations, or event sales.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish and advanced English.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable taking on different responsibilities.

• Willingness and availability to travel within Poland when required. Travel flexibility is essential.

• Experience in sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, event management, patient relations, or the medical field is an advantage.

• Previous experience in healthcare or dental tourism is a plus.
