We’re looking for a highly driven Product Engineer to join a rapidly growing AI/FinTech startup building the next generation of intelligent software.
This is a high-ownership product engineering role for someone who wants to own products end-to-end—not simply write code against tickets.
📍 Location: New York City – On-site, 5 days/week
💰 Compensation: $150,000–$350,000 base + highly competitive equity
🛂 Visa: All visa types considered/sponsored
💼 Experience: 3–10 years
You’ll be expected to:
- Own products from concept through execution.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into product features.
- Make technical and product decisions with a high degree of ownership.
- Build and ship 0→1 products in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python and PostgreSQL.
- Work on AI/LLM-powered product experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
- Help shape how users interact with intelligent software.
- Mentor other engineers while continuing to learn and grow.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Demonstrated experience building products from 0→1.
- Experience at a fast-paced startup, preferably Series A–D, or a quantitative/technology-driven company.
- Strong product mindset and good design sense.
- Ability to understand users and think beyond purely technical requirements.
- Strong ownership and ability to operate independently.
- Experience with modern development tools and willingness to adopt new technologies quickly.
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience integrating AI/LLMs into production applications.
- Product management or customer-facing experience.
- Experience working as a founding engineer or early-stage engineer.
- Experience gathering user feedback and iterating on products.
🎓 Education
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier global university is required.
