MEP Supervisor

Aurora Talent is hiring on behalf of an international EPCC leader (client name confidential) for a flagship semiconductor fabrication plant (FAB) expansion in Woodlands, Singapore. We are looking for MEP Supervisors to lead installation and execution of key systems on site. There are 7 openings across four disciplines.

DISCIPLINES AND OPENINGS

1. MEP Supervisor – Gas : bulk and specialty gas systems, UHP stainless steel piping, gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes, orbital welding, borescope inspection and helium leak testing.
2. MEP Supervisor – CDA / PV / PCW : compressed dry air, process vacuum and process cooling water piping, pumps, heat exchangers and compressors, pressure testing, flushing and commissioning.
3. MEP Supervisor – HVAC : AHUs, MAUs, ductwork, dampers, chilled and condenser water piping, air and water balancing, and commissioning.
4. MEP Supervisor – Plumbing : domestic water supply, sanitary and storm drainage, plumbing equipment, hydrostatic and gravity flow testing, and handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise installation works on site and monitor workmanship, manpower and progress of subcontractors.
• Review drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, specifications and method statements before installation.
• Coordinate routes, interfaces and clashes with other MEP trades, process equipment and the cleanroom.
• Coordinate testing, flushing, pre-commissioning and commissioning, and support system handover.
• Manage punch lists and quality documentation.
• Enforce safety requirements and Permit-to-Work procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience in process piping, utilities, HVAC, plumbing, MEP or EPC construction.
• MOM-accredited safety courses (e.g. BCSS / SSSC). CSCPM, WAH Supervisor, UHP welding or PUB plumber certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to read piping isometrics, P&IDs and layout drawings.
• Experience in semiconductor FABs, cleanrooms or large industrial plants is preferred.
• Strong subcontractor management, safety awareness and site coordination skills.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore PRs, LTVP+ holders and Malaysians. Work pass sponsorship is available for selected Malaysian candidates.
