Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients through proactive relationship management.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide tailored wealth management solutions based on clients' financial goals and risk appetite.
• Advise clients on a range of banking and wealth products, including investments, insurance, deposits, and treasury solutions.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and market updates.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and increase assets under management (AUM).
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities to provide informed recommendations.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank's policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Personal Banking, Priority Banking, Financial Advisory, or Insurance Sales.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management, investment, insurance, and banking products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CMFAS, FMRP, M5, M9, HI, or equivalent wealth management qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Open to local candidates willing to relocate to Singapore (working pass sponsorship provided).
