Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

Join a small engineering team building an AI platform that automates enterprise procurement. You will work across the stack and help shape core systems that make AI agents useful with complex, fragmented business data.

What You'll Do

• Learn the product, codebase, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.

• Work across infrastructure, backend services, and user interfaces as priorities change.

• Speak with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and translate insights into product improvements.

• Design and own Python-based systems for AI agents working with complex enterprise data.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership and teammates on the platform's architecture as it grows.

What We're Looking For

• Three to seven years of software engineering experience, including shipping production code across the full stack.

• Strong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.

• Experience building distributed systems or data pipelines, with a solid understanding of system design and infrastructure.

• Familiarity with AI agents, large language models, graph traversal or indexing, knowledge graphs, multi-tenant systems, or workflow automation.

• Curiosity, self-direction, and a track record of identifying valuable problems and carrying solutions through.

• Clear communication and collaborative work with engineers and customers; experience in procurement, supply chain, or industrial technology is helpful.

• Interest in a hands-on individual contributor role on a small, high-ownership team.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $200,000 to $350,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
