Mid-Level Software Engineer

About the Role

Join an AI/ML product engineering team building tools for agent research and development. You will ship polished, customer-facing features and help improve the reliability and consistency of high-traffic products.

What You'll Do

• Build user interfaces for agent research traces.

• Turn team-wide processes into reusable skills and shared workflows.

• Debug client and server state connectivity to improve product consistency.

• Define models that standardize API contracts.

• Triage issues and conduct ad hoc root cause analyses to maintain product stability.

What We're Looking For

• Two to five years of experience in full-stack product engineering.

• Experience shipping customer-facing web features from frontend through APIs and backend services.

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript, plus production experience with Go.

• Familiarity with Postgres and Redis; experience with distributed systems is a plus.

• Experience building or operating high-traffic products, ideally in both a larger technology environment and a fast-growing startup.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, support teammates with debugging, and make thoughtful build-versus-buy decisions.

• Competitive programming experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $200,000 to $280,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available, including O-1 sponsorship.
