Mid-Level Software Engineer, Full-Stack

About the Role

Join an AI-focused product engineering team building interactive tools for agent research. You will work across the frontend and backend to make product experiences more reliable, consistent, and useful.

What You'll Do

• Build user interfaces for agent research traces.

• Turn team processes into reusable skills and shared workflows.

• Debug client and server state connectivity to improve product consistency.

• Define models that standardize API contracts.

• Triage issues and conduct root cause analyses to maintain product stability.

What We're Looking For

• Two to five years of experience in full-stack product engineering.

• Experience shipping polished, customer-facing web features from frontend through APIs and backend services.

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript, plus production experience with Go.

• Familiarity with Postgres and Redis; experience with PubSub, RPC, S3, or Temporal is also relevant.

• Experience delivering high-traffic products in production, ideally across established technology companies and fast-growing startups.

• Clear communication skills, sound debugging ability, and good judgment about when to use a dependency or build a solution internally.

• Familiarity with TanStack Query or Router, WebSockets, or Zustand is a plus. Distributed systems experience is also beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $200,000 to $280,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
