Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

Join a small engineering team building an AI platform that helps enterprises automate procurement workflows. This hands-on individual contributor role spans product, infrastructure, and core systems, with the opportunity to shape a platform that works with complex enterprise data.

What You'll Do

• Learn the codebase, business, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.

• Work across the stack, including infrastructure, backend systems, and user interfaces.

• Speak directly with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and translate those insights into product improvements.

• Design and own AI agent systems that operate on fragmented enterprise data, primarily using Python.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership and teammates on platform architecture as the product scales.

What We're Looking For

• Three to seven years of software engineering experience, with production experience across the full stack.

• Strong Python skills, or proficiency in another programming language and the ability to ramp up quickly.

• Experience building core systems, distributed systems, or data pipelines, rather than focusing mainly on integrations.

• Familiarity with AI agents, large language models, infrastructure, frontend development, system design, graph traversal or indexing, knowledge graphs, multi-tenant systems, or workflow automation.

• Curiosity, self-direction, and a record of finding important problems and taking ownership of solutions.

• Clear communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with customers.

• Experience at a technically ambitious technology company, AI organization, or growth-stage startup is valued. Procurement, supply chain, industrial technology, or founding experience is also relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
