Mid/Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

Join a small product engineering team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in manufacturing. You will develop and operate AI agents that automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales workflows.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship production AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.

• Own product features across the frontend and backend using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

• Integrate the product with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.

• Support GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency needs for European customers.

What We're Looking For

• Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, ideally at startups, with at least three years building and shipping full-stack products or features.

• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI systems, including operating LLM agents in production.

• Experience with agent orchestration, evaluation, and reliability, using a framework such as LangGraph, Mastra, or an agents SDK.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and React, with experience using Next.js.

• Product-minded, curious about emerging AI tools, and comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage environments.

• Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as ERPs is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Equity is offered. Visa sponsorship is available.
