Steel Man Machining and Forming of Metals LLC SPC is seeking a skilled and motivated MIG & ARC Welder to join our production team in ICAD 1, Abu Dhabi.

👨‍🏭 Job Details

• Position: MIG & ARC Welder
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in the UAE
• Location: ICAD 1, Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monthly Salary: AED 2,200 – AED 2,500

🔩 Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and ARC welding on metal components, plates, frames and fabricated structures according to job specifications.
• Read and follow technical drawings, welding instructions and fabrication requirements.
• Prepare metal surfaces, clean joints and position materials before welding.
• Select suitable welding methods, electrodes, wire and machine settings.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, alignment and visible defects.
• Carry out grinding, finishing and minor weld corrections as required.
• Operate welding machines and workshop tools safely.
• Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and production team members to complete assigned work on time.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of practical MIG and ARC welding experience in the UAE.
• Good practical knowledge of welding techniques, joint preparation and finishing.
• Basic ability to understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of workshop safety and welding equipment.
• Attention to detail, discipline and a quality-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet production deadlines.
• Must currently be present in the UAE and available to join, subject to the applicable employment and visa process.
• Candidates on visit visas and candidates with visas eligible for cancellation or transfer are welcome to apply.
