Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled, hardworking, and reliable Welder / Fabricator to join our workshop team in Musaffah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, precision cutting, bending, forming, structural welding, grinding, and finishing. The ideal applicant should be able to read, follow measurements accurately, maintain high-quality workmanship, and comply with workshop safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and follow fabrication layouts, and measurements.
• Measure, mark, cut, bend, and form metal materials according to specifications.
• Perform welding and joining operations on metal components and structures.
• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and beveling before welding.
• Grind, finish, and inspect completed welds and fabricated components.
• Identify defects, cracks, and structural imperfections and carry out necessary repairs.
• Dismantle, cut out, repair, and re-weld damaged metal sections and components.
• Operate welding machines, cutting equipment, grinders, and standard fabrication tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment.
• Coordinate effectively with manager and colleagues to complete assigned work on time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven practical experience as a Welder / Fabricator.
• Good knowledge of metal fabrication, cutting, bending, forming, welding, and finishing.
• Ability to follow measurements, and work instructions.
• Familiarity with welding machines, fabrication equipment, and workshop tools.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a multicultural team.
• Must maintain sharp cleanliness and organized.
• Must be available to join immediately.
