The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across private guest rooms, VIP living areas, and building facilities. The role ensures the reliable operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life-safety systems.

Working as part of the in-house Facilities Management team, the technician will provide direct, hands-on technical support within private and restricted family areas while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across private guest rooms, VIP living areas, and building facilities.
• Ensure the reliable operation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including FCUs, AHUs, and chillers.

2. System Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot computerized Building Management Systems (BMS) and Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS).
• Respond to communication faults, automated alerts, and direct maintenance requests.

3. Work Order & Inventory Management

• Use CAFM/CMMS systems to receive, update, and close automated work orders.
• Maintain inspection reports and monitor engineering materials and spare parts inventory.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Strictly follow site safety procedures, including Permit-to-Work (PTW), Risk Assessment, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
• Inspect and maintain emergency lighting, fire protection, and life-safety systems.

5. Contractor Support & Projects

• Support ongoing property renovations, lighting upgrades, and electrical modifications.
• Coordinate with external contractors, plumbing teams, and other facilities departments to ensure seamless building operations.

6. Working Conditions & Shift Flexibility

• Remain flexible and adaptable to shift rosters to ensure continuous operational coverage.
• Be prepared to work extended hours and respond promptly to emergency maintenance requirements.
  

Qualificatioms:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS documentation and BMS integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Proven technical maintenance experience within high-end residential estates, VIP palaces, or 5-star luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong background in electrical engineering principles, LV/MV systems, and cross-functional troubleshooting, including HVAC, plumbing, and water treatment.

• Monthly Salary: AED 5,000
