Commercial Consultant

Join haus & haus in Dubai as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant, leasing and selling office, retail and industrial property for landlords, developers, investors and business occupiers.

This role is for experienced commercial agents. You'll need a proven background in commercial real estate leasing or sales to join, and you'll be backed by our management, administration and marketing teams to grow your business.

What You Will Do

• Source commercial properties for sale and lease through owners, landlords, developers and your own network.
• Market available office, retail and warehouse space and respond to enquiries.
• Understand occupier and investor requirements, shortlist suitable premises and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate heads of terms and prepare lease agreements and supporting documents.
• Produce and present weekly and monthly leasing reports for landlords and management.
• Keep accurate property, landlord and client records in our CRM.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial real estate experience (office, retail or industrial leasing or sales), in Dubai or an international market.
• A track record of closing commercial lease or sale transactions with landlords, investors or business occupiers.
• Experience negotiating heads of terms and preparing commercial lease documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for leasing reports and client presentations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• A full, valid driving licence - you'll be on the road from day one (UK, European and many other licences convert to a UAE licence).

Preferred qualifications

• Commercial real estate experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Knowledge of Dubai's commercial districts (e.g. Business Bay, DIFC, JLT, Dubai Investments Park) and mainland vs. free zone set-up.
• Established relationships with commercial landlords, developers or business occupiers.
• A valid RERA certificate (or we'll book your course for you).
• Additional languages.

What We Offer

• Uncapped earning potential: you keep 50% of the commission of the fees from your closed deals, from your very first deal, rising to 55% as a Senior Consultant, 60-65% as an Associate Director and 70% as an Associate Partner.
• Promotion based on performance, not time served: Senior Consultant is open to you after three months on target.
