We are looking for Native Dutch speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international consumer care project for a globally recognized brand in the FMCG industry. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer experiences and supporting consumers with product-related inquiries, order support, and general information requests.

You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team in Bucharest, working in a fast-paced environment where empathy, communication, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide professional support to consumers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
Handle inquiries related to products, promotions, orders, deliveries, and loyalty campaigns
Offer accurate information regarding consumer products and services
Register and document customer interactions according to internal procedures
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
Escalate complex cases when necessary
