NP / PA | New Grads Welcome | 4-Day Week | $140K + Loan Forgiveness

Join a growing, independently owned primary care practice in Cape Girardeau, Missouri as an FNP or PA, and help build something, not just fill a seat. The practice is adding more than one provider for full-scope outpatient family medicine across the lifespan. You’ll have long-term patient relationships, behavioral health and a dietitian on site, and leadership that knows your name. There’s no hospital rounding, no inpatient work, and no overnight call. You’ll work four 10-hour days and get a three-day weekend every week. As a top-ranked Rural Health Clinic, the practice pays off your student loans in full. The ideal provider has 1 to 2+ years of NP or PA experience and already calls Cape Girardeau home or is ready to move there. New grads with strong RN or clinical backgrounds are still considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Care for patients of every age, from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Handle acute and chronic conditions, wellness visits, and preventive care
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics, and prescribe per state law
• Collaborate daily with on-site behavioral health, a dietitian, lab, and clinical support
• Grow a returning patient panel as the practice expands

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited FNP program with national certification (AANP or ANCC), or PA program with NCCPA certification
• Active Missouri APRN or PA license, or willing to obtain one
• DEA registration, or able to obtain
• 1–2+ years of NP or PA experience preferred; new graduates with strong hands-on RN or clinical experience considered
• Live in the Cape Girardeau area or be fully committed to relocating (a long daily commute isn’t a fit for this role)
• Motivated, team-oriented, and good with patients

Schedule & Compensation

• $115,000–$140,000/year (base plus monthly and annual bonuses)
• Full-time | Four 10-hour shifts | Monday–Thursday
• Three-day weekends every week | No nights | No call
• Outpatient only | Onsite in Cape Girardeau, MO
• Student loan forgiveness: loans paid in full (3 years if under $100K, 5 years if over)
