Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and follow up surgical procedures. - Assist in patient positioning, cleaning, and draping. - Operate and maintain surgical instruments and equipment. - Ensure compliance with hygiene and sterilization standards. - Perform instrument and sponge counts and maintain documentation. - Support OR organization and logistics. Requirements: - Completed training as Operating Room Technician, OR Nurse, or Operation Theatre Technician. - German language proficiency at B2 level. - Several years of professional experience in operating rooms. - Verified academic documents and granted work visa. - Professional competence, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure. - Structured, quality-oriented, and efficient working style. - Flexibility, motivation, and willingness to learn.
