Position Overview
This is an open Expression of Interest (EOI) for Filipino professionals and tradespeople seeking Australian employer-sponsored visa pathways (such as the Subclass 482 Skills in Demand or 494 Regional visas). We are building our candidate pipeline for immediate deployment to vetted employers across Australia.
Core Categories We Recruit
Skilled Trades: Welders, Fabricators, CNC Machinists, Industrial Painters / Painter Blasters, Roof Plumbers, Sheet Metal Workers, and Automotive Mechanics.
Healthcare & Care Services: Support Workers and Healthcare Professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Workplace Performance: Execute day-to-day trade or professional responsibilities in strict accordance with Australian commercial and industrial standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere firmly to Australian Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, site safety policies, and machine operation guidelines.
Team Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with diverse, multicultural teams in fast-paced regional or urban environments.
Reporting: Interpret technical project specifications, architectural drawings, blueprints, or care plans accurately in English.
Core Job Qualifications
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of verified, continuous employment in your respective trade or field (Local or OFW experience).
Technical Training: Relevant vocational diplomas, TESDA National Certificates (NC II or higher), or Bachelor's degrees appropriate to your specific occupation.
Clear Record: Absolute eligibility for a clean NBI Clearance (Philippines) and Police Clearances from any country of residence over the last 10 years.

English Language Proficiency: Solid conversational or professional English skills, with the active capability to pass the IELTS General exam (Minimum Band 5.0 to 6.0+) or PTE Academic equivalents.
