Description:

Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Neurologist for a full-time, permanent outpatient position in northwestern Pennsylvania’s Lake Erie region, near Harborcreek. This opportunity offers no required call and a $50,000 sign-on bonus for an onsite position.

Shape the practice around your clinical interests: opportunities include general outpatient neurology, general neurology with EMG, neuromuscular medicine with EMG, and EMG-focused care. Collaborate with specialists in multiple sclerosis, neuromuscular disease, movement disorders, headache, sleep medicine, and epilepsy.

Seven advanced practice providers support the outpatient practice within a comprehensive neuroscience team. An onsite neurodiagnostic laboratory offers sleep studies, EMG, and ambulatory and clinic-based EEG. Epic and telemedicine services support coordinated care. Teaching opportunities are available through an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency program.

Competitive MGMA-aligned compensation is complemented by a residency stipend, paid time off, CME days and a CME stipend, employer-paid occurrence-based malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Nonprofit employment offers PSLF eligibility, subject to program requirements.



Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and necessary credentials.
• DEA certification.
• Fellowship training is an asset, not a requirement; recent fellowship-trained physicians are welcome.
• No visa sponsorship at this time.
